That post was muddled, lol. Bottom line is your body requires in grams of
protein per day from 1.2 to 1.7 times your ideal weight in kilograms. My
ideal weight is 142 pounds or 64kg. 64kg times 1.5 is 96 grams of protein
per day. Buy this guy's calculations, I should be aiming for 74, which is
3 grams less than Phinney's minimum.
