For everyone's information, I contacted Don Terrell at Alpha Delta, and he 
says that the scanned image file is the only one they have for the DXCC and 
other related models.

I have strongly encouraged him to consider making text or Word files of the 
manuals available in the future, due to the accessibility issues pertaining 
to such files.

Don't know if he'll do it, but at least I made the suggestion.

            1.  That might not work if it is an image file.

2.  It is a tremendous waste of paper.

& 3.  We all know scanners and scanning software are not perfect, so it
could still have lots of mistakes in it.
