LOL - would love to know when you have that time travel machine. Thanks Ron
- I see what you are saying. Haven't gotten the results of the test yet but
just doing some research. I actually don't think that's what it is.

Subject: Re: Hashimoto's

I believe that eating foods that humans evolved eating (Sorry William)
is a likely recipe for good health. The challenge is to figure out what
our forebears ate. And that question has caused voluminous debate here
and elsewhere. I don't yet see the world from Ray Audette's perspective
(eating only what we could get when naked, armed with a sharp stick) but
the idea makes good sense to me. Fermented and/or raw, I'm suspicious
that my ancestors got very little dairy. But who knows? When I build a
time travel machine and have gathered some evidence one way or the
other, I'll get back to you on this topic and provide some definitive
guidelines. :-) Until then, maybe fermented/raw dairy proteins do not
incite Hashimoto's specific antibodies. I also don't know if avoiding
them at this stage would do you any good, even if they are the culprits
in your condition.

best wishes,
Ron
