I have a few silicon baking dishes & they were my go to gf baking muffins or cake pan & fun.
However my daughter visiting from college used them for her regular baking. Any word on if the
silicon absorbs gluten? I'm afraid to use them yet. Please email me [log in to unmask] or reply on here.
I don't get through the lists that often but this is very helpful.
