My daughter will be traveling to Washington D.C with her school. My
understanding from the teachers that have traveled in the past is that the
restaurants are limited as to their ability for GF accommodations. Does
anyone have suggestions as to shelf stable food items that she could take on
the go with her? She will have access to limited refrigeration and I have
requested a fridge in her hotel room. I have my usual list of go-to items,
but looking for other suggestions, my attempt to think outside of the box.
