Way back in the mid-1990's I used to correspond with a celiac gentleman at Bristol University, in Bristol, England.  At that time I lived in Ithaca, NY.  We never met. 

Fast forward to 2013  and you will find me now living in Green Valley, Arizona.  And this summer my husband and I   will be visiting England and would like to  contact this fellow, but I  cannot remember his name and with the move, I have lost many addresses.  .  I believe he was a professor in some form of science, but more than that I don't remember.  If any of the current CELIAC LISTSERV members know the name and e-mail address of this chap, I would really appreciate your help. 

Many thanks - to all involved in this amazing LISTSERV.  The exchange of information from  country to country , and person to person  has been a great boon, and I'm sure every current member of THE LIST feels, as I do, that the LIST is invaluable in many ways.
