Hi,

A friend loaned me her Regal Kitchen Pro bread machine. Has anyone had any experience using this particular machine? I'm not sure what setting to use. I've never made gf bread before, but when I told her how much gf bread costs, she suggested that I try making my own. I would only use it for mixing and rising, and I would bake it in my oven. Would I be better off just using my Kitchen Aid mixer and warming drawer for mixing and rising? I don't have a lot of time to experiment which is why I've been buying bread, but with my husband out of work, I'm trying to cut costs.

Thanks in advance for any bread-baking words of wisdom.

Marian
