The Chesapeake Celiac Support Group, Inc. will hold it's regular
monthly meeting this Friday, March 11, 2011, 6:30 pm-8:30 pm. The
meeting takes place at the Anne Arundel Medical Center's, Health
Science's Pavilion 7th Floor, 2000 Medical Parkway, Annapolis, MD.

"Communicating Your GF Requirements in a Hospital Setting" will be
presented by Kay Patterson, RD, LDN. Ms Patterson is a registered,
licensed dietitian at the Anne Arundel Medical Center. Her title is
Patient and Food Service Specialist and in that role she manages the
patient services side of the Food & Nutrition Department.

If you are in the hospital (by choice or by chance) it's important
that you have your dietary needs met and Kay will share with CCSG
members how best to communicate with on-staff professionals to
maximize your options and ensure your safety.
