My father has Parkinson's Disease. I believe he has CD, although he refuses to be tested or to switch to a GF diet. Now, my hands and head have started to shake and I am worried this may be the start of Parkinson's. What is the neurological impact of Celiac Disease? And will a 100% GF diet and healthy lifestyle stop the onset of Parkinson's Disease?
