Hello--
Shortly after being diagnosed with celiac disease (biopsy confirmed), I was diagnosed via a breath test with fructose malabsorption. I used to feel that I really noticed when I was approaching my threshold of tolerable levels of fructose ingestion. Now, however, I seem to be able to eat mite fructose and don't always notice side effects. For example, the other day I was desperate for fruit and ate a small apple (expecting to become very ill), but later felt fine.
Has anyone else with FM noticed an increased level of tolerance as you heal from CD?
Thanks in advance,
Kimberly in CT
