Under options, on the mail format tab, before you go into the signatures
area, there are a couple of list boxes, which indicate whether you wish to
include a signature in new messages, and/or replies. These need to be set,
depending on how you want it set up.

Hope that helps,

Subject: [VICUG-L] Signature Inconsistency

I have another e-mail address for which I've created a signature. I have
followed all the steps in the Options menu, but the signature shows up
inconsistently, sometimes in new messages, sometimes in replies. I'm using
Outlook 2003. Does anyone have any hunches/ideas about what may be
happening?
