Your options are hardware based fax using a fax modem internal or external, 
printer with fax capability, or Internet, web based fax such as e fax at 
http://home.efax.com/s/r/efax-brand12?VID=33675&gclid=CPXx_4zTu54CFR9inAodOHuimQ

So it would depend on how much you fax. just Google web fax to see what 
comes up Most web based services have a free trial period . you send the 
service an email with instructions on who to send it to by fax.

Sorry I have never faxed anything in my life so I am not speaking from 
experience here. I do have a printer with fax capability but have no idea 
how to use it.
