Handiham Site And Braille Plus Help Needed - Dual Posting

The options I get for the Handiham Site on Braille Plus and regular PC are 
not the same.  The regular PC allows me to see and select the desired format 
for "Listen To Audio Files" but the Braille Plus only goes to "listed To 
Audio."  When I click there, BP seems to be loading but returns me to the 
Home Page.  I even reregistered my User ID and Password.  Wonder what I am 
doing wrong?  Also, for some reason, the Handiham Weekly Newsletter in audio 
shows up in the tuner and updates each week there is an issue available. 
That's great but I don't know how it got there!  Need to have other audio 
files available.

Can someone help with this?
