Hello Buddy,

Here is a link to a comprehensive review of the Wouxun radio.  I had the
pleasure of playing around with it at Dayton.  I would think that maybe if
the us distributor has direct dealings with the factory that perhaps
modifications may be made to make the speech functions more usable and a few
other mods can be made to the ht in software to improve accessibility even
more.  If a manufacturer such as Wouxun can put speech in a hand held for
such a low price compared to the big boys there is no engineering excuse for
the top tear amateur equipment makers to do the same.  Here's the link.
