Hello All,

My husband has come up with a chicken nugget recipe that my boys love!  
I wanted to share.

3/4 cup gluten free corn flake crumbs (we use southern homestyle brand)
1/2 cup gluten free flour (I haven't noticed a difference in taste 
between different flours)
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt

- cut up raw chicken breast or tenders to chicken nugget size
- wet chicken and coat with mix
- let nuggets sit for 10 minutes
- fry at 375 degrees for 5 1/2 minutes (may have to adjust cooking time, 
depending on size of nuggets and individual fryers)
*we don't always use all the mix and have wasted quite a bit putting it 
all in at once with the raw chicken - I now keep it in a separate 
container and pour in enough to coat the chicken and keep refilling.*
