I watch Food TV a lot and a guy was fixing fried shrimp the other day - he
dipped it in egg whites and potato flakes and fried it. I did the same with
chicken tenders and used a whole beaten egg. It's delicious - I know Bell &
Evans make wonderful gf chicken tenders but this is a different texture.
Whole Foods makes a great Mango Habernero sauce for dipping if you're
interested - it's in the refrigerated case at the larger WFs.
