Hi,

My partner and I are planning a trip to Nepal (mostly Katmandu) including
3 weeks of trecking. I would greatly appreciate any advise about how a
celiac can manage such a trip, or apsects of it, from people who have been to
Nepal, perhaps India, or have been trecking in the area. We will have a
cook with us on the treck but will also be sleeping and using kitchen
facilities in tea houses.

I will summarize.

Best wishes

Lois
