I think you are a bit knitpicking here <smile>!!
Seriously, anyone who cannot see has vision loss as that is hardly deemed
normal to be born without vision or to have lost it later for that matter.
And, as for the purpose of the survey, someone who doesn't use the online
info supplied by their bank or banks would probably opt out pretty
quickly.
What I found most interesting is that I could see how some might find
filling it out confusing given the way boxes and such came up.
But I found the survey straightforward and will hopefully give AFB what
they are after.
The most frustrating thing I find about bank sites -- and this isn't a
blindness issue -- is the locking of one out of the site with a small
number of logon failures.
