Last weekend I whipped up delicious, easy Crepes With Peach Melba Filling

the crepes in the freezer which certainly made the preparation a cinch.
Then I mixed brandy with raspberry jam and spread it over one side of each
crepe, topped it with chopped fresh local peaches and rolled them up. A
sprinkle of confectioners' sugar and a dollop of whipped cream and that was
