Hello,
After I posted the first summary, I received several more responses to my inquiry. I thought I would share that many people reported that they take papaya or papaya enzyme after glutening. One person also mentioned that cinnamon or ginger can also help. A few more responses also notes that they take lots of pepto bismol or a dose or two of immodium ad. I haven't talked to a doctor about any of this. Of course, always talk to your physician before taking even OTC meds.
