Hi All,
I usually figure that most ice cream is safe in terms of gluten unless it
has the obvious add-ins (malt, cookie dough,etc). I was recently at a
restaurant where they said I should not have their homemade ice cream because
they use cremetin 25 in the base and it has gluten. I had never heard of
this. I tried googling it but did not have much success in terms of the gluten
aspect. Does anyone out there have any knowledge of this?
