Nice contribution worth much pondering.
On the topic of attacking our own intuition ~ has anyone investigated the Blood Type diet enough to comment on their "belief(s)" about it? So many on this distribution list have a solid grasp on Paleo that perhaps there is some depth of knowledge on the Blood Type diet as well. From what I am aware it shares some overlap with Paleo. Wondering if it has any validity to the seeming fact that some people respond to certain foods better than others. Its premise seems to be based on enzymes in the blood that are specific to one type and not another.
Thanks in advance.
