It's true Katie, lots of people don't get it and they think I'm going to
keel over any second
from my high meat/saturated fat diet. I own a Pilates studio...inevitably
(sp?) conversation comes
around to diet, losing "weight", etc. I try not to butt in to other
people's conversations but have to
bite my tongue when I hear them talking about eating less meat, more
grains, egg whites. AAAGGHHHH...
Fortunately I have a few clients who are Paleo (2 of them I converted)....
Untill the media and medical people start getting it, we're in for a long
haul.
I had to disconnect from wanting to tell everyone and convert
everyone....I'd get too riled
up inside. I figure if people want to know what I do to be so healthy and
fit, they can ask and
then I can tell them.
BTW...this is the only way of eating that my husband ever thought made
sense, so after I'd been Paleo for
8 months he decided to climb on board....makes it much easier.
