Only journalists that don't know what hunter-gatherers are. The 
Egyptians ate plenty of bread. They were the ones that figured out 
how to leaven it. The Otzi iceman was also eating grains. Note he was 
only 5,000 years ago.

In summary, the use of "ancient hunter-gatherers" in the article is 
completely wrong.
