Most of the responses I received were others looking for egg noodles as well.
The one mentioned several times is Tagliatelle which I did buy online from the GlutenFree Mall. The brand I ordered is made by Schar, but it was mentioned they are also made by Bi-Aglut and Glutino. 
I also had a response from someone from Davis California who has a shop and sells egg pasta. She didn't mention if they actually had "egg" noodles. The shop is called Natural Food Works.
One person said they are easy to make--just flour and eggs. No definite amounts were mentioned.
Trader Joe's was suggested as well.
