Do you mean PL board?  That's the sub-audible tone board usually used on two 
meters to get into the repeaters.  If that's what you're looking for, I have 
one.  Bought it for my midladn two meter rig but never installed it.  Can't 
say if or how well it works.  Can only say that I trust the guy who sold it 
to me.
