HI John,
My noise problem just started up a few weeks ago.

Again in my situation there are lots of apartments aroune.

I probably have someone who has moved in next door with a plasma tv.

Those are supposed to be pretty noisy critters.

I'm going to call around today and see if I can locate a 703.
