Hi Maurice,
I agree that a set of specifications viz a vis accessibility would have to 
be worked out.

I also feel that both groups the ACB anf NFB could get together to hash out 
what needs to be done.

I have noticed on both groups lists particularly the amateur radio lists 
politeness and cooperativeness rules.

Oh by the way will you be coming to the Braille Research In the Rockies 
conference in Denver the weekend of June 10 thru 12, 2010.

Can you recommend any repeaters in Denver I might try?
