I've heard that imitation crab meat contains gluten. I'm wondering if anyone
else has heard this. I would like to use crab meat for different dips/salads so
I don't want to spend a lot of money on buy real crab meat. Is it true that
imitation crab meat contains gluten and if so, can anyone recommend some common
brands that do not contain it? I live in very northern Minnesota so my options
for gluten-free products are pretty slim. I will summarize.
