Just came back from week at this hotel.

Emailed the hotel asking about a nearby health food store...
the chef replied and asked me to call him upon my arrival.
He had GF past a for us !
Took us into the kitchen to show that they were able to make us a safe dinner and that all the assistant chefs were schooled on our diet.
The different noodles used accompanied by the different sauces were delicious !

The kids wanted room service wings one night....they made them a special gf batch-along with gf fries !
At the buffet they walked with us to point out what was safe for us to eat. And there was a lot !

Devin Johnson -head chef...and Paul and Sydney-his sous chefs....were more than willing to accommodate us even during a busy Spring Break.
