Greetings! I visited your resourceful web site. We (www.nkafoundation.org
 are looking to contact some emerging architects from The Gambia to
participate in our art + architecture residency project. If you can be
of help, we will appreciate their e-mail to contact them. This project
runs from this October (2010) to October 2011 in Ghana and is separated
from the 2011 Open Architecture Challenge-Ghana. He or she will work
with others international colleagues.  If any creative architect from
The Gambia is willing, I need his or her CV/Resume right away and a few
images of their work. We will follow up with the details that include
his/her project design and budget. So that you know, the goal of the
project residency is to design, build and test-live in low budget,
quality shelter constructed with earth and other materials from the
environment. The earth shelter should be either a live-in cottage for
designer/artist-in-residence or another you would like to propose to
us.  In
  the construction, participant will be assisted by a local builder and
local laborers. The project could be of cob, adobe/mud brick, cast
earth/poured earth, rammed earth or another method of constructing a
livable shelter.  Length of project residencies is usually 4 to 12
months- next will be between October 2010 to October 2011.We will
appreciate an immediate response, because we want to move quickly on
