--------------

The Las Cruces Gluten-Free/Celiac Disease Support Group will meet on
Saturday, November 19, 1:30 pm, at ASA Architects, 201 N. Alameda
(across the street from Central Elementary School).

The topic of the day will, of course, be how to get through the holidays
gluten-free and happy! We'll be sharing tips, recipes, and even samples
of holiday foods made gluten-free. Those attending will also have an
opportunity to order some gluten-free pizza crusts for $1 apiece.

If you bring a food item to share, please bring either the packaging,
the mix box, or copies of the recipe so we can all know the ingredients.
