I've never watched 5 Ingredient Fix before (HGTV), but today's show had recipes that were all gluten-free, by default. I'm finding that more and more recipes on tv are gf or can be adapted. I've never tried buckwheat noodles.

Frozen Lemon Whip with Blueberry Sauce
Buckwheat (soba) noodles with peanut butter sauce (need gf soy sauce)
Poached salmon in bath of ginger, lime juice and peppercrns, and served with basil sauce. She used creme frache. I use low fat sour cream.
