I have sleep apnea and am on a CPAP. It is pushing air into my stomach and causing a lot of irritation. I know that some of the List have Apnea and wonder if you have had a similar problem. If so, did you find any solution?

I am waking early with gas from the CPAP and unable to go back to sleep, so although the CPAP has improved the quality of my initial sleep, I am very tired overall from lack of a full night. Any help would be much appreciated.

Jane
