  Hi all -

Check out the Arepas de Choclo that are sometime available at supermarkets.  
These are corn cakes, 3-4 inches in diameter.  They are really good. ea:
I am not recommending any particular brand, or a particular filling, just the 
concept - Arepas are an original food of the Americas, and they are already 
gluten-free!
