How certain are you that the Instagate is the problem?
Replacing it with a SOHO 4-port "firewall" router is like replacing a minivan with
a motorcycle. If you only need to get one person to the office, it will work; if you're
trying to take a team of teenagers to soccer practice, it won't.
SOHO is for one or two people, often family members. For an office with a
dozen employees, I'd be looking at a "real" firewall appliance -- not necessarily
Instagate, but more than a tiny router with a bit of security thrown in.
