No. It's the proportion of fat to meat that is important, and there
is an upper limit of meat, IIRC it's 1.45 grams/kg ±0.25 grams, so
127.6 grams protein, about 500g meat for you. (from Phinney)
Plant fat did not work for me.
Maybe a butcher/abattoir/farmer/naturopath or Dr. of veterinary medicine
could advise you of where to get animal fat.
I get it (back fat) from an abattoir.
