I'm not sure I buy into that one.  See the study referenced in this blog

As for whether or not it's paleo, I would actually argue that it is.   
Paleo man had to hunt, run down, and kill his food, then carry or drag it  
back to camp.  So in fact, he did have a good workout followed by a good  
meal.  Paleo nutrient timing, so to speak.
