Egg remains the standard for protein efficiency ratio. Egg white, cooked or
powdered, works very well. I used to have Protein Factory make a blend of
egg white and whey.

Vince Gironda's method of mixing your protein powder with unpasturized half
& half or dairy cream is an incredible anabolic fix.
