Talking Weather Station

I have been pursuing a talking weather station on the internet but so far 
nothing!

My desire is to get one that is wireless providing temperature, wind speed 
and direction and humidity.

If anybody can recommend a model I will be glad to research it's 
availability and cost.  I would rather that is is not internet dependent.
