Good afternoon,

What suggestions do you have for me in choosing a VHF UHF 2 meter and 440
MHz mobile radio?  A speech chip would be necessary with the ability to
program from a computer.  

I have not kept up with all the changes as far as technical features using
digital modes and such so basically a radio for talking with a possibility
of APRS.
