I actually got a kit on ebay, very high quality, the guys who've seen it 
have been impressed, and these are professional radio installers,  it can 
strip and crimp about any coax connector and I paid I think about $75 for 
it. It will do all the coax and connectors we deal with in ham radio, the TV 
cable coax connectors, and some I don't even know what they are. I don't 
like crimp connectors on everything, I do use them on jumpers and quick 
fixes, never outside, and this kit has really got the job done.
