Only correction I'd make is the f6 goes up to 1.3 gig as I recall.  I know 
it goes above 900 as I use mine up there for wireless speaker reception. 
I'd agree with the order you put radios.  I gather the new Yaesu speaks 
frequency and a lot of icoms speak, but as far as I know, frequency, mode 
and s meter reading.
Other than the f6, I don't know of anything accessible for 220.
