I could be wrong here, but some of the people on the list were indicating 
that some of the newer THF6A's had a menu 31, which has something to do with 
battery charging, or running the radio from an external power source, such 
as a car adapter.

I admit that I didn't pay too much attention to the discussion, since both 
of my THF6A's only have 30 menus, but apparently the extra menu does exist 
in some of the models out there.
