Ok, I went out today and bought a dehydrator and 3 lbs of meat to
experiment with. What kind of spices have you had good luck with when
making jerky? I was planning on using garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Is
anyone using any type of marinades? The book that came with my dehyrator
had one marinade with 3 ingredients. All unacceptable to this way of
eating. Thanks in advance.
