Several years ago I tried an all-meat diet (during my younger "body-builder-wanna-be" days). After several days I would literally gag when I tried to "force" myself to eat meat. I switched to fish for a short time, but it was awhile before I wanted beef or chicken again. Nowadays I eat meat daily, but I also eat other (mostly paleo) foods as well.
