Yea, it may not be easy to find in Italy. Some might sell it in Italy 
as a beauty product. Your problem is the ethnic groups that eat it 
(Indians, West Indians, Sri Lankans) are not large groups in Italy. 
Are there Eritrean or Somalian communities around? They may eat it. 
For mail order I suspect you would have to order from the UK.
