I'm supprised the National Egg Board hasn't gone balistic with
Audette's insulin=cholesterol theory. If they could show that A=A does
not apply with dietery cholesterol and human cholesterol eggs would be
less of a fear-food. I eat 2 or 3 every day (yes, grocery store variety,
can't find free range near enough, but will try to find farm fresh this
week).
