Hmmm!

What is the doc doing to treat the problem?  Is he giving her antibiotics
everytime this happens?  Has this been going on like this for years or just a
few times in the recent past?   On what is he/she (the doc) basing his/her
diagnosis?  There are other organisms that can cause PID besides GC &
chlamydia.  What is her general health status?

If her general health status is below an optimum level anything she does
(maybe a better diet?) to improve it will help her fight off any kind of an
infection.
