Or any tips for a first timer, this recipe is a little daunting to someone
used to opening up  a box of Special K, a carton of milk,  and calling it
breakfast.

On the Autism List, a mom got her son on a ketogenic diet in the hospital,
the child completely stopped his seizures.

My son has improved enormously from gluten free and casein free diet.

Now, I am thinking of taking the next step.....
